Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been delivered.
The only exceptions to this policy are if:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrives completely defective or damaged.
In these cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Important Exception
Due to the nature of the product, Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including damage during shipping or dissatisfaction with the product.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is completely defective, contact us immediately at:

If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.

We do not offer exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to receiving an incorrect or defective item, a replacement will be shipped after the issue is verified.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to an incorrect or defective item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
