Order Processing

All orders placed through EtherBotanicals LLC are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information when available.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected. Most domestic orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

EtherBotanicals LLC ships orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other trusted logistics providers. The shipping method available to you will be displayed during checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EtherBotanicals LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. EtherBotanicals LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
